Our client has over 170 stores across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the islands, and they are still expanding! They are seeking a Junior Branch Merchandiser, to cover maternity leave, within their Branch Merchandising Team, reporting to the Branch Merchandiser. The role involves ensuring stores and online platforms are well-stocked to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Manage and implement the Branch Merchandising forward plan to meet channel performance goals. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to optimize stock levels. Analyze store and online performance to support sales and manage stock levels. Forecast sales volumes at the branch level in collaboration with Buying and Marketing teams for new ranges, seasons, and promotions. Coordinate system development changes with relevant teams to ensure proper testing and implementation. Work with Web Operations to support online sales targets and address issues. Manage team members effectively, supporting their development and workload management. Location: Buckinghamshire, easily accessible from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, and the M40 corridor.
