ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – (UK-Based) I am currently looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a leading IT Consultancy and Elite ServiceNow Partner Type: Permanent Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid) Salary : £75,000 Key Responsibilities: Deliver solutions for Customer Experience workflows including Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Customer Service Portals. Work with Technology and Employee Experience workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Workplace Service Delivery. Build modern, role-based user interfaces using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., CRMs, HR platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Support data migration and ensure alignment across platforms. Skills & Experience: Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in FSM and related workflows. Solid understanding of customer journeys and employee lifecycle processes. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow tools such as Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
