We\’re looking for a dedicated, results-oriented Account Manager to join our client\’s expanding VIP Account Management team within the Crypto/Blockchain space.
In this role, you\’ll manage a portfolio of high-value Main App clients, providing exceptional service to boost satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your goal is to forge strong, trusted relationships with top-tier clients, delivering tailored support, insights, and engagement to maximize their platform experience.
Deliver exceptional, proactive support, ensuring prompt responses and tailored solutions to client inquiries.
Track client activity and assets under management (AUM) to identify growth opportunities and address potential churn risks.
Promote increased platform usage and trading frequency by introducing relevant tools and features.
Measure client satisfaction through NPS and feedback channels, continuously refining service delivery.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to create a cohesive client experience and advocate for client needs internally.
Expand business opportunities through client referrals, network growth, and fostering deep, trust-based relationships.
