Retail Shops Manager

We are currently looking for a Store Manager (40 hours/week) for a temporary position at our Selfridges Manchester location:
Contract duration: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
Ensure smooth and efficient store performance while maximizing profitability
Organize staff schedules and manage team performance
Monitor stock levels and ensure a well-balanced product assortment on the sales floor
Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards in line with Havaianas guidelines
Prepare financial and performance reports
Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints professionally
Supervise pricing and point-of-sale accuracy
Drive sales through team motivation and achievement of targets
Act as the main liaison with the head office

At least one year\’s experience as store manager
Hourly flexibility.
Passion for sales.
Ability to work at the service of the team and the customer to offer a unique experience in our store
Native or advanced English language
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Flexible working hours.
Sales commission on sales target.
