Up the Creek Comedy Club, a renowned venue in Greenwich, is seeking a creative and commercially-minded Marketing & Partnerships Manager with experience in the live entertainment and hospitality industry to lead our venue marketing, B2B outreach, and corporate growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we reach new audiences, engage corporate clients, and expand our presence across social platforms and professional networks — including LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage social media marketing across all platforms (Meta: Facebook, Instagram; TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead B2B outreach and LinkedIn promotions to attract corporate bookings and partnerships
- Manage email campaigns, ticket sales strategy, and online presence
- Handle relationships with event planners, companies, and agencies
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and marketing performance
- 7+ years in marketing
- Must have experience in the live entertainment and hospitality industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and creative edge
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and social growth strategies
- Comfortable working independently, juggling multiple projects, and owning the marketing function
- Based out of our offices in Greenwich, London
- Hybrid role – flexible home working available, with regular in-office presence expected
- Salary range: £38,000+ depending on experience
