This role sits at the frontline of our growth in financial services. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, shaping proposals, building networks, and contributing to a go-to-market strategy that positions ClearSky Logic as a trusted partner across the industry.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Commercial, delivery experts, and technical leaders to co-create compelling propositions, and you\’ll be backed by content and marketing to drive outreach, events, and awareness.

Identify and qualify high-value opportunities in the financial services sector. Use your understanding of the market, frameworks, and players to open conversations and create commercial traction.

Targeting & Outreach:
~ Develop multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalised video, email) to engage decision-makers and bring them into our pipeline.

Bring clarity, creativity, and commercial strength to the pitch process.

Forecasting & Account Planning:
~ Contribute to the design of account plans and growth strategies that unlock repeatable, scalable success.

Stay up to speed on financial services trends, challenges, and regulations. Event & Network Building:
~ Has Solid experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy (ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting)
Brings strong knowledge of financial services (lending, investment, fintech, insurance, etc.)
Thinks strategically – understands targeting, positioning, qualification and long-term value creation
Loves crafting smart, tailored outreach (bonus if you’re confident making video intros)
Has experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
45–50K base + commission + bonus – aligned to your experience and commercial contribution
~ Hybrid working – typically 3 days a week in our Edinburgh HQ
