You will responsible for the following activities;

Balancing accounts and reconciling supplier invoices to delivery notes, ensuring all credit notes and product returns are accounted for.

Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers

Completing VAT returns to HMRC
-
Preparing and collating Company payroll on a weekly basis and submission of connected returns to HMRC.

Checking company bank statements and performing weekly bank account reconciliations
-
Preparing monthly cash flow statements and Budgets
-
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
-
Maintaining a daily, up to date, record of all company activities on Company Xero Accounting Systems
