This role is based in our Stockport dealership: 110 Buxton Rd, Heaviley, Stockport SK2 6PL, United Kingdom.

Base salary of £26,000 with a competitive bonus OTE £31,000. A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity to become a key member of our Aftersales team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

In this role you will also:

  • Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell-up additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
  • Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers.
  • Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.

You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:

  • Estimate repair costs and times.
  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
  • Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same for a Customer Advisor. We greet our customers when they visit our showroom and stay connected over the phone, via text and email, providing regular updates. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job, with the opportunity to develop a career.
