A leading global financial services firm that specializes in credit and investment management are seeking a Senior CLO Trading Assistant to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong buy side background in CLO operations to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the CLO Trade Support function and Portfolio Managers. You will be responsible for the daily administration, reconciliation, and reporting of CLO transactions and portfolios. This role requires a strong understanding of CLO structures, credit markets, and operational workflows, with a keen focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship and appointment of CLO service providers, monitoring KPIs and ensuring consistently high service delivery.
- Onboarding new CLOs, including the review of transaction documentation, working closely with the legal and investment team.
- Oversee and manage the closing, effective date, monthly and payment date reporting process.
- Cash and liquidity management and reporting
- Assisting the investment team in monitoring of portfolios post reinvestment period.
- Identifying and implementing operational and system enhancements and automation to scale up CLO platform
A minimum of5 years of experience in CLO operations with knowledge of high yield bonds and loan. Candidates must have proven experience reviewing CLO documentation and be comfortable working directly and communicating with Portfolio Managers daily. The company offer a 4/1 hybrid working model and are looking for someone with buy side experience.
