Our client, a leading UK financial services organisation, is seeking a motivated Finance Transformation Analyst to join their team in Ipswich on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills to play a key role in delivering high-profile transformation initiatives across the finance function.
This role supports the execution of a wider finance transformation programme by ensuring clear, accurate tracking of initiatives, reporting to both local and group-level stakeholders. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys managing data, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic change.
- Produce and submit regular initiative tracking and financial reports to Group stakeholders.
- Maintain business case models in Excel, manage data queries, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate inputs across finance and project teams, maintaining governance and version control.
- Prepare high-quality written and verbal communications for senior leaders, steering committees, and project boards.
- Support transformation delivery through ad hoc analysis, reporting preparation, and coordination activities.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience handling reporting processes involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, particularly in managing project tracking or financial reporting. Experience working in a finance function or supporting finance projects, with an understanding of finance processes. A relevant finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience. Familiarity with insurance or broader financial services is a plus but not required.
