Day Rate: £280 - £300 per day depending on experience

The role: My client are an established Civil Engineering Contractor who specialise in enabling works and earthworks. They are looking for a Site Engineer to join them on a temporary basis who will be responsible for setting out reinforced concrete walls.

Duties:

  • Site set up and setting out
  • Quality Assurance
  • Working alongside the project management team
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method
  • Ensuring the correct documentation is held on the site
  • Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification

Requirements:

  • Experience setting out for piling, foundations and steel frames
  • Able to use a Total Station - Leica 06 / 07/ 16 or GPS
  • AutoCad knowledge
  • Ideally you’ll have experience from a main contractor completing works on a variety of projects
  • Or you’ll have experience completing enabling and setting out works
  • CSCS Card
