This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from either our London or Edinburgh office. As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant at Cocentric, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients design, implement, and optimize their digital workplace using Microsoft's cutting-edge suite of tools and services. You'll leverage your deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and strong understanding of modern work principles in SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 suite. This role involves providing high-level technical consulting, support, and solution development to both internal and external projects. You will ensure optimal integration and use of Microsoft technologies to meet business needs and enhance client engagement and solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, identifying opportunities to leverage Microsoft Modern Work solutions for improved collaboration, communication, and productivity.
- Design and develop technical solutions using Microsoft 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Modern Work solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, conducting user training sessions and assisting with adoption.
- Lead the technical delivery of solutions ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements that fully exploit the capabilities of SharePoint and Microsoft Modern Work tools.
- Document project activities, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft Modern Work innovations and advancements, continuously expanding your technical expertise supported by our training resources and Microsoft exam certification funding.
- Collaborate and support with other technical consultants focused on Product support and development of our other service offerings including: Workplace by Meta, Workvivo, proprietary products and integrations alongside our engineering team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions using Microsoft Modern Work tools.
- Strong understanding of modern workplace trends and best practices.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of SPFX and understanding of development and deployment practices for custom SharePoint solutions and integrations.
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical consultancy role or similar position.
Secondary/Desirable Skills
- Proven experience in migrating clients to the cloud using Microsoft technologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 applications or Azure.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Power Automate, PowerShell).
- Experience of React and AngularJS.
