Flux, a property start-up founded in early 2020, aims to disrupt the evolving office industry. Based in London, Flux was established by founders James and Matt to help scaling companies find new office spaces both locally and globally. Our mission is to support businesses of all sizes throughout their growth journey, ensuring their real estate needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time role looking for a Business Development Executive. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts and overseeing lead generation.

  • Proven track record of generating new business and lead generation
  • Experience in account management
  • Competitive basic salary per annum (depending on experience), plus very generous commission package
  • 27 days + birthdays & bank holidays holiday for first year, unlimited holiday after 12 months service
