As a Workshop Controller, you will work alongside technicians and the Aftersales Manager to ensure work standards and time scales are met. About the role: Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring standards and time scales are achieved. Communicate with Service Advisors about repair times and keep customers updated. Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maximize productivity. Report issues and seek advice during work to resolve problems and inform customers of delays.
