This is a great opportunity for a confident, motivated professional with excellent ER and stakeholder engagement skills to play a key role in shaping the employee experience across a UK-wide organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support secondments, internal transfers, mobility, and relocations.
  • Support change management processes including restructuring, redundancy and TUPE.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and HR colleagues.
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives and embed wellbeing strategies across the business.
  • Provide HR data and reporting, identifying trends and solutions to improve performance and reduce risk.
  • Assist with cyclical reward processes including pay and bonus reviews.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and the creation of training materials.
  • Deputise for HR Business Partners when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and engage with EDI initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced in managing complex ER cases in line with UK employment law.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working toward chartership).
  • Excellent relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR systems proficiency.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for inclusion and employee wellbeing.
  • Able to handle sensitive data confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Experience in a consultancy or engineering environment is a bonus.
