Financial Analysis Director

Finance Director – £90,000 + equity + bonus + hybrid – London area
Our client is a VC backed business using Smart Technology.

Having grown from start-up to £8m turnover in just a few years, it is about to embark on its next period of development and growth and is looking to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function and support the expansion. Competitive package to include Bonus and Equity opportunity

Oversee a small finance team and support the wider business
Implement a scalable commercial finance function
Support business planning and investment decisions
Work with managers to assess return on commercial spend
Deliver management accounts, dashboards and KPI analysis
Compliance, risk, insurance, audit and statutory issues
Liaise with VC backers and develop due-diligence ready financials

The role will require an ambitious Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) with at least 4 years’ experience in commerce. You’ll need the ability to contribute strategically in a fast-paced business, yet you’ll need the experience and willingness to roll your sleeves up in a small growing finance function.
