We are currently recruiting for a market leading construction manufacturer for an entry level Technical Area Representative to support the team with NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This is working for a company who have a great reputation, known for the quality of their products and have an excellent training programme in place. This is an amazing opportunity where you would look to almost double your salary within 18-24 months in your next role with the development they provide.
Role:
- Assist your line manager in developing a shared vision for your area
- To ensure that call cycles are properly recorded and adhered to
- To maintain regular and effective liaison with existing clients in order to understand their needs and drivers and exceed expectations
- To ensure that you maintain a positive and proactive level of communication with the existing contractor network, including regular meetings, to engender mutual trust and understanding
- To ensure that all relevant market information is shared with your line manager and agreed strategy is acted upon
- To ensure all projects are tracked throughout the design and procurement stage
- Working closely with colleagues across the business, to act as Project Manager
Candidate:
- Ability to absorb, interpret and understand technical information
- Ability to plan and organise your time effectively, prioritising key activities and tasks
- Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence audiences
- Ability to think and act creatively and innovatively to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to build relationships; communicate and negotiate effectively, work under pressure, multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
- MUST have a full driving license
Package:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 (possibly up to £33,000 for the right background)
- Bonus £3k p/a
- Car allowance £6,500
