We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. Working on a major client account, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing top-tier talent across multiple European markets. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from both home and our centrally located office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs across European locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery including advertising, sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of functions and seniority levels.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
- Stay updated on European market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on ATS/CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a delivery or resourcing role, ideally in a recruitment agency or RPO setting.
- Exposure to European recruitment (language skills a plus but not essential).
- Confidence using sourcing tools and recruitment systems.
Competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home). Ongoing training and development. Opportunity to work with a large, high-profile client account.
