Job Title: Delivery Consultant – European Market Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. Working on a major client account, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing top-tier talent across multiple European markets . This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from both home and our centrally located office.

Partner closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs across European locations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery including advertising, sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of functions and seniority levels.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
Stay updated on European market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges.
Maintain accurate records and reporting on ATS/CRM systems.

Previous experience in a delivery or resourcing role, ideally in a recruitment agency or RPO setting.
Exposure to European recruitment (language skills a plus but not essential).
Confidence using sourcing tools and recruitment systems.
Competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum.
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
