Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Define business and functional specifications for banking systems and applications.
- Process Improvement & System Implementation: Identify gaps and recommend process enhancements within banking workflows. Support system integration, migration, and upgrades for banking platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and third-party vendors. Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Salesforce (Good to Have): Assist in Salesforce Classic and Lightning migration or enhancement projects. Work with Salesforce admins and developers to define CRM-related requirements.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze banking data for insights, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Work with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools (as applicable).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Banking Domain Experience: Experience in Retail, Corporate, Investment, or Digital Banking. Knowledge of Lending, Payments, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting.
- Business Analysis Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector. Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and gap analysis. Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases).
- Technical & Tools Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce Classic/Lightning (Good to Have). Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, Power BI (as applicable).
- Methodologies & Certifications: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
