My key client, an EV Charging company at the forefront of innovation and growth is hiring a seasoned Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing and expanding key house accounts. Serving as the primary point of contact post-sales, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal departments to maximise account potential, enhance client satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, including senior leaders, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and overall satisfaction.
- Understand the commercial objectives and challenges of each account, and develop tailored strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Utilise commercial acumen to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company's product/service offerings within key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to review performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

Minimum 3 years of key account management experience.
