Legal Assistants / Law Clerks

Utopian Professional Recruitment are working in partnership with our Edinburgh based client who are expanding and looking to recruit Legal Secretaries & Paralegals offering experience in Private Client, Executry and Real Estate.
Typing of correspondence and documents (including dealing with digital dictation and manuscript amendments)
Running legal comparisons
Partner travel bookings
Dealing with clients in person and on the telephone
Delivery and collection of documents
Assistance with the setting up and maintenance of systems and data resources for the administration of legal procedures, to include:
Previous experience of working within a similar role within a legal environment
Background of the production of relevant legal documents
Audio and copy typing
Working knowledge and confidence in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc
Ability to work with, and willingness to take direction from various levels of legal staff from partner to trainee
Pleasant telephone manner and ability to field telephone call and assist clients with their queries
