About the Role
This role focuses on lead generation and prospecting, with the primary responsibility of identifying potential clients and qualifying them before passing them on to the Senior Business Development Manager. You will use a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach to generate interest in our services, moving prospects from curious to qualified.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and email campaigns
- Take prospects from initial curiosity to genuine interest, preparing them for handover to the Business Development Manager
- Manage your own pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent activity levels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and gain insights into their business needs
- Track and document lead interactions and progress in CRM software
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Stay organized and proactive in managing daily outreach, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
