Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant SEN School catering for students aged 6-16 with autism, SEMH and learning difficulties Location: Redhill Hours: 8.30am to 3.45pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Salary: 85 – 100 per day, depending on experience Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Benefits: Travel expenses covered (Up to 100%) On site parking Referral programme with bonuses Medical expenses covered SEN Teaching Assistant Training Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Duties: Maintain the classroom and equipment in a safe and tidy condition. Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day. Communicate their knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff Demonstrate positive attitudes, values and behaviours consistent with the role and in line with the expectations Promote, support and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation of all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
