Job Description:

We have a great opportunity for a Digital Production Supervisor to join a specialist printing company servicing a dynamic sector. The company has a reputation for quality design, manufacturing, and product development.

The successful candidate will oversee all printing operations and supervise department staff.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Managing digital printing, primarily on Mimaki machines
2. Performing pad printing on flat and curved surfaces
3. Vinyl wrapping of small items
4. Applying soft touch branding using resin
5. Stock control of raw materials such as lenses, inks, and gaskets
6. Participating in weekly production meetings to report on performance and address issues
7. Planning production schedules to meet customer demands
8. Ensuring quality control
9. Manipulating graphics to optimize printing results

We seek an experienced, talented, and ambitious Production Supervisor currently active in digital printing. The role requires a methodical, professional individual with strong commercial awareness and a passion for leadership.
