We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale our client base by qualifying, enriching, and reaching out to potential leads.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop outreach strategies and hit sales targets
Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach via email and to generate new business opportunities
Qualify leads for the Business Development team
Track and manage all outreach activities using CRM tools
Stay up to date with eCommerce trends and industry insights to improve prospecting techniques
A passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping businesses grow
~2-3 years of experience in an SDR, Business Development, or outbound sales role
~ Solid understanding of eCommerce trends is a mustβyou understand the industry, key players, and common challenges β particularly around (i) Beauty, (ii) Fashion, (iii) Home/Living and (IV) FMCG verticals
~ A self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and outreach
~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage outreach efforts effectively
~ Experience using CRM and sales automation tools to track and optimize efforts
