Associate Director – Corporate Finance

With a strong foothold in the Consumer and Industrials sectors, this team advises a wide range of clients—from corporates and management teams to private equity, hedge funds, and lenders—on strategic M&A, valuations, debt and equity fundraising, and more.

Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, from sale documentation and buyer outreach to due diligence and contract negotiation
Oversee and review complex financial models, forecasts, and valuations
Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports
Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data
Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities
Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives
Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing
Significant corporate finance experience, ideally with a blend of traditional and special situations M&A
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex data and tight deadlines
Hands-on experience in team leadership, coaching, and career development
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; additional language skills are a plus but not required
