Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for operational execution across all omnichannel campaigns for brands promoted in European and APAC markets.
  • Responsible for tactical planning and execution based on the established omnichannel strategy for priority product/brand launches.
  • Ensure tactical plans are executed with quality, accuracy, urgency, and on-time/on-quality delivery.

Your Background:

  • Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations within a large, complex organization, including omnichannel marketing management, campaign planning, and budget tracking.
  • Familiar with content management systems, marketing asset specifications, templates, and workflows.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC is a plus.
  • Experience with AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.

Location: This role is based at our client's site in Uxbridge, with at least 50% onsite work and 50% remote, averaging 5 days onsite over 2 weeks.
