Working for a leading specialist provider of luxury vehicles, you will be a part of the fleet team. Reporting to the Head of Fleet you will be responsible for the smooth operation of a fleet of 400+ vehicles. You will be accountable for the planning and execution for both in fleeting and defleeting vehicles, liaising with stakeholders to reduce the time cars are VOR (off road) and for supporting the Fleet and Compliance Manager to ensure fleet effectiveness and achieving KPI's.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating with internal and external suppliers to minimise downtime when in fleeting and defleeting vehicles.
- Liaising with SMR (Service, Maintenance and Repair) suppliers to ensure work is completed promptly and escalate where required.
- Raising PO's and approving supplier invoices.
- Arranging vehicle recovery via 3rd party suppliers.
- Investigate charge disputes and resolve amicably.
- Manage vehicle breakdown and repairs.
- Management of Fleet Assistant.
