Hours Of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Duties:
- Provide a positive and memorable customer experience while handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Engage with existing customers to upsell products and promotions.
- Take regular orders and manage customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist with stock control and ensure timely delivery of products.

Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
