Exciting Opportunity at HSL! We’re looking for a detail-driven, enthusiastic Data Entry Clerk to join our growing Service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering data and helping produce essential reports such as Water Hygiene Risk Assessments, Reviews, and Surveys. You’ll also support the creation of schematic drawings and ensure all documentation is completed on time and to a high standard. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye. The Data Entry Clerk will report to the Service Supervisor and work closely with colleagues in the Service Delivery and Technical teams. The ideal candidate will be computer-literate, highly organised, and eager to learn in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input survey and assessment data into company systems.
- Produce and manage log books and schematic drawings as required.
- Review and approve survey data to ensure accuracy before final submission.
- Ensure documentation is complete and in line with internal processes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support team members across the business.
- Promote the company’s best interests through professionalism and quality of work.
