We are looking for an Activities Champion to join our team in Burleys Wood. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. Responsibilities:- Develop activity plans tailored to each resident in collaboration with care staff
- Ensure the safe use of all equipment
- Maintain accurate records of activities
- Coordinate outings with the senior nurse
- Research accessibility and facilities for outings
- Communicate with senior care staff regarding residents' medical and care needs
