A very successful and growing client of ours is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Oldham. This is a hybrid position. Experience working in an MSP environment would be preferred.

Required Skills/Experience of the 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Proven experience in 2nd line IT support roles, ideally within an MSP or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy
  • Experience with Azure AD integration and Intune device management
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, etc)

The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be paid up to £30,000 per annum. If interested, please apply immediately. We also offer up to £500 for successful referrals.
