Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and ever-curious person to join our operations team to help handle the post-fixture elements of the day to day running of our ongoing charters. Preference would be for this individual to be situated in our Woking main office however as they become more experienced and able to work independently, we could consider a more hybrid working situation.
You will be given close guidance and tutelage from the partners and colleagues within the company to equip you with the tools to succeed in the sector. The ideal candidate should come with formal education in shipping/business and/or some connection to the industry however this is not essential. The successful candidate must possess a willingness to work as a team player and support your colleagues, whilst they support you in return. We pride ourselves on having developed a fun, energetic and collaborative working environment and are looking for an individual with a similar personality and drive.
Application Process:
Advertising for the role will be open until 13th February, after which all suitable candidates will be considered. There will then be a round of interviews in the Woking office. Following which, those candidates we wish to take further in the process will be invited to spend a day in the office with the team after which the successful candidate will be offered the role.
