We are looking for a Collections Executive to join our fast-paced and target-driven SME Credit team in Coventry. In this role, you will be maintaining a portfolio of SME customers via telephone and email. A strong working knowledge of Excel is essential in this role and experience of B2B credit management is highly beneficial.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP’s) is required.

This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch.
