If you’re passionate about sales and keen to play a part in our continued growth, we want you on board. As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be an ambitious sales professional motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You will be comfortable with originating new business leads and processing inbound enquiries in adopting a consultative SQL approach to new business conversion, including providing essential administrative support to the Head of Business Development.
Researching through market intelligence and targeted campaigns, you will prospect a range of pre-determined industries and vertical markets through pro-active outreach across forms of communication including email, social media, telephone, events and networking to gain client interest in our service.
The sales function has two primary outputs in the form of success criteria:
- Qualify inbound sales prospects and appointment setting where appropriate (SQL)
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the form of sales database and reporting suite.
- Build and maintain a mix of short, medium and long-term opportunities to ensure a continuous injection of new trading revenue.
- Ensure that all new accounts are presented to the business using pre-defined business processes.
Self-driven and able to function effectively without close supervision. Commercially astute and able to identify opportunities and risk. Possesses a Full UK driving license. Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working within a fast-paced sales environment. Ambitious and eager to progress in a front-line sales role. Good telephone manner and confident in making and receiving calls. Prior use of a sales-based CRM. Proficient with MS Suite including Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
