Residential Team Leader - £14.70 per hour - free transport service from Bognor Regis (Elizabeth House) and Chichester (Festival Theatre).
Working Hours: Full-time available - nights - 36-hour contract. Will include every other weekend, shift times are 20:00 - 08:00.

We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Rotherlea. Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering the highest standards of care, and using the latest care technology to enable more quality time with service users.
Applicants should have experience working with older people in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills and a qualification or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) are required.
Your responsibilities include building relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your Line Manager, following guidelines and policies, and maintaining care plans.
