Motor Claims Handler (100% Home-Based) at a leading InsurTech firm. This cutting-edge Insurtech is transforming the claims landscape, backed by several insurance veterans and specialist VC firms. This is a 100% home-based role, providing all necessary tools for success, including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook and additional screens, within a friendly and supportive team environment.
The need has arisen for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join the team. Candidates from either a Private Motor or Commercial Motor claims background will be considered, but it is essential to have at least 3 years’ experience, including Damage losses. Experience in settling claims within an insurance company or via delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is required.
As this role is 100% home-based, candidates must be highly motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision but ample support. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills are necessary, as the role involves dealing with stakeholders from various backgrounds and handling a wide variety of losses, including difficult conversations while demonstrating empathy.
A generous basic salary of between £30K - £35K per annum (negotiable, depending on experience) is offered, along with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
