Pure Search are one of only two agencies instructed by a European headquartered City law firm who are looking to grow their Real Estate practice. Our client is a leading full service City law firm with a significant international remit. They offer an excellent work/life balance with low billable target hours and a non-hierarchical culture across the board where associates at all levels are encouraged to lead on matters.
You will be joining a leading Legal 500 ranked practice with particular strength in commercial work for owners and corporate occupiers, as well as a range of investment, development and real estate finance work. The role will encompass everything including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, financing, advising international multinationals on the establishment of HQs in London, advising UK business start-ups on their first office site and advising on the acquisition and development of major multi-use sites across major UK cities.
The role will have a particular focus on working with TMT clients and therefore, a natural curiosity for the way technology can be used to improve property would be welcome. You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with at least 18-24 months experience in a broad commercial real estate position. Our client will consider candidates from both City, West End and regional practices with consistently strong academic backgrounds.
