Nobody’s Child are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our brand new store opening in Windsor. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brand, bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
- Drive team development and success, nurturing our store talent and managing performance and store KPIs.
- Manage a small team of store assistants and supervisors, ensuring the overall smooth running of the store.
- Handle all people-related issues including performance management and conduct.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
- Drive performance and sales targets/KPIs.
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on all in-store Nobody’s Child products.
- Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
- Ensure consistent knowledge on Nobody’s Child products and new arrivals, with an ability to cross-sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Suggest ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Represent our brand positively and passionately.
You’ll come with management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, a passion for sustainable fashion and our mission, and great people management and organisation skills.
