Location: Various locations throughout Yorkshire and Humberside: Hull, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Goole, Pickering, Hornsea, Beverley
Salary: £12.57 - £13.93 per hour + Holiday Pay
Employment Type: Temporary, various hours, day and night shifts available. Long term set rostered shifts are also available.

Role Overview: As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day care and support of individuals with complex health needs. This may include those with physical disabilities and/or chronic illnesses (this includes a wide range such as Spinal injuries, Motor Neurone Disease, Epilepsy, and ventilated clients). You will work closely with our clients and their families to ensure they receive the personalised care they need to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs in their own homes or care settings.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding (This may involve PEG feeding as well).
- Administer medication and support with clinical procedures (following appropriate training).
- Support clients in accessing community resources, activities, and social events.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and health status.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
About You
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience in a role within health and social care sector (at least 6 months within the UK).
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to undergo further training to support the complex needs of our clients.
