We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) to act as a liaison, providing product and service information and resolving any emerging problems faced by our customers or suppliers. The CSS will be responsible for managing stock and planning for our brands, as well as organizing logistics. The aim of this role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. With a focus on clients and suppliers, this role is key to the company's image and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Organize logistics, including goods in and out.
- Manage incoming calls from suppliers, customers, or sales team.
- Book materials in and out.
- Study our brands and products to understand customer needs.
- Proactively identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is optional.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
