We are currently recruiting for a Partnership Communication Manager to join our growing team at our head office in London. The Partnership Communication Manager will be responsible for the codified execution of Partnerships, Events and PR across Europe e.g. B2B Partnerships. The role directly supports the Director of Digital, Social & PR in delivering through the line plans that enhance reputation, earn trust and build the DP World brand. The ideal candidate will have proven multi-market events experience across B2B, B2G and B2C either agency or client side and be used to working at speed in complex matrix environments with rightsholders and broadcasters.

How you will contribute

  • Establish a PMO, creating the playbook for excellent execution. Ensuring synergy with our brand transformation guidelines thinking globally, regionally and locally.
  • Drive effective and cost-efficient execution through the line, blending broader DPW campaigns with coordination of regional/local activities.
  • Regionalise partnership messages with broader business objectives.
  • Effective management of external agencies, vendors and other entities as required.
  • Support the delivery of content/amplification across digital, social and offline channels.
  • Support the Social and Digital Manager in delivering the key messages associated with our partnerships across owned and earned channels.
  • Support Internal Communications Manager in providing supporting content for the activations of partnerships internally.
  • Establish and report on a Digital Dashboard of measurements which illustrate “What success looks like” for bronze, silver and gold events. Leveraging data to monitor performance against targets (ROO and ROI) and improve performance.
  • Encourage and nurture a culture of innovation designed to test and validate new ideas and approaches. Exploring opportunities for enhanced productivity (‘doing more with less’). Expanding and strengthening professional skill sets in channel management.
  • Constantly adhere to and actively promote behaviors which reflect the Brand Purpose.

What will you bring

  • Educated to graduate level.
  • Experience of performing a delivery role within a matrix corporate environment.
  • Demonstrable years of comms project management experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of media relations preferred.
  • Knowledge of the region and industry preferred.
  • Experience of both reactive and proactive digital communications.
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering through others.
  • Outstanding English oral and written skills; fluency in another language is an advantage.
  • Capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Confident and personable.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves, get the job done and perform other duties as required.
