  • Own the full customer strategy, from relationship management to forecasting and commercial execution.
  • Model and manage long-term account plans, including full analysis of ROI on supplier investments.
  • Control budgeted customer investment and efficiently manage invoice and claims processes.
  • Track and interpret EPOS and competitor data to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ownership of P&L.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Forecasting, planning, and category management experience.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business email communication.
