Are you an experienced Legal PA looking to take your career to the next level? This isn’t your average PA role. You’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day running of a global legal practice, working alongside inspirational leaders in a firm known for its innovation, excellence, and progressive culture.

  • Collaborating with finance teams to oversee billing, matter balances, and working capital
  • Coordinating complex diary and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders
  • Organising internal and client events, including training sessions, inductions, and assessment centres
  • Planning and booking intricate travel itineraries with a focus on efficiency and value
  • Overseeing task management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Liaising with document production teams for formatting and finalising legal and business documents
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal risk, training, and governance policies

Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
