Role Description:
Location: 77 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, London
Business hours: 08:30-17:00
Reporting to the Client Relations Associate Director, you will manage and deliver telemarketing campaigns for existing clients. You will have full responsibility for the services provided to your assigned clients, understanding their expectations to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will maintain direct contact with clients, adhering to our values and operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of contracted services to your clients without compromising quality.
- Manage client relationships effectively by nurturing strong working relationships with key contacts, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Deeply understand your clients’ priorities, strategies, and organization to add value across their broader organization.
- Participate in and/or lead client review meetings.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop account growth plans.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports internally and to clients.
- Update internal CRM systems to record daily progress.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and operational policies.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook.
- This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in recruitment, media sales, or previous onsite leasing roles.
