Core Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Basis operations, both for implementation and support projects.
- Interface directly with client stakeholders; drive technical solutions and delivery planning.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities (OS patching, kernel upgrades, plug-ins).
- Handle change management processes for all planned/unplanned activities.
- Perform regular EWA, vulnerability, and audit analysis and implement security notes.
- Drive performance tuning and proactive system health checks.
- Manage incident handling including P0/P1 issues and SNOW service requests.
- Work across a wide range of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BOBJ, PO, Fiori, SLT, BTP, etc.).
- Manage transports and integrations with external apps.
- Define BAU processes, reporting and ensure quality through spot checks and cadence calls.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience.
- Strong experience with SAP on Azure Cloud.
- Exposure to a broad SAP ecosystem (including SAP SaaS, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector).
- Skilled in both technical leadership and client engagement.
- Experienced in change, incident, audit, and performance management.
