Trinity House Group is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing, PE-backed buy-and-build business to appoint a commercially focused Head of Finance Shared Services. With ambitious growth plans, our client is looking for a strategic leader to establish and significantly develop a centralised Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) at their Leamington Spa. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and deliver a critical transformation programme, driving process efficiency, service excellence, and scalability.
The Role:
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, and evolution of the Finance Shared Service Centre, focusing specifically on transactional finance operations.
- Establish best-in-class processes and drive a continuous improvement culture, optimising efficiencies and customer experience.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing, motivated finance team that delivers outstanding service to internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Provide insightful management reporting and analysis, ensuring clarity on performance against financial and operational KPIs.
- Develop robust compliance and controls frameworks to ensure operational integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, integrating the FSSC strategy effectively with wider business objectives and growth ambitions.
