LHH Inside Sales Organisation has over 50 SDRs responsible for pipeline generation at the top of the sales funnel. We are now scaling the team to support our International Centre for Executive Options (ICEO), a bespoke service for executives and the C-suite. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to work with the best in class ICEO team. It would suit an individual keen to grow into a sales role as part of their longer-term sales career.

Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the Sales Development Manager, based in London, UK.
Location: Hybrid work model (2 days a week) with weekly home office days LHH London Office, Bishops Square.
Languages: Native in English.
Role Expectations:
- Actively seek new business opportunities and generate upsell opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- You will have quarterly KPIs on opportunities generated and revenues closed.
- Own detailed Prospecting Account Plans for each account, thinking like a project manager.
- Collaborate closely with ICEO Directors, Client Partners, and Account Managers to analyze sales data and identify opportunities, improvements, and growth areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in an SDR role, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within Enterprise Accounts.
- Curious learner, keeping up-to-date with solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator for prospecting.
- Strategic mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently.
