You will be instrumental in campaign design, data selection, and channel strategy—driving engagement and value across email, SMS, mail, and digital banking platforms.

The Role

  • Design and deliver data selections for marketing, service, and research campaigns.
  • Work hands-on with campaign tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign).
  • Collaborate with planning and creative teams to define targeting and decisioning criteria.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring others and promoting best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
  • Contribute to a Centre of Excellence for campaign design and delivery.

  • Proven experience in data selection and campaign management tools.
  • Strong understanding of 1-2-1 communications across multiple channels.
