Award-winning, B Corp certified, and known for its culture, creativity, and smart, integrated thinking across media and creative.
This is a hands-on Programmatic Manager role focused on end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and activation to optimisation and analysis. Working closely with planning, data, and other activation teams, you'll lead programmatic strategy across a diverse client base. You'll also play a key role in vendor management, testing new tools, and developing best practices across the agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, trade, and optimise programmatic campaigns (DV360, AdForm, StackAdapt)
- Respond to briefs and develop strategic media plans
- Lead on reporting, insights, and post-campaign analysis
- Manage client relationships and present results and recommendations
- Support onboarding, tagging, and tracking (CM360 knowledge a plus)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with wider media plans
- Stay ahead of market trends and champion innovation internally
- 3+ years' programmatic experience (agency-side preferred)
- Confident with campaign delivery across multiple DSPs
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Technically proficient in tracking/tagging; experience with DCO a plus
- Client-facing with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
